Abstract

Targeting mTOR signaling contributes to the regulation of Galectin-1 immune checkpoint activity in <i>KMT2A</i>r-ALL. Inhibition of mTOR may represent a potential therapeutic strategy to overcome immune evasion in this leukemia subtype.
