Mission M-010: Reproduction of the Shapiro Effect within Tensor Field Dynamics

The Shapiro effect describes the measurable time delay of electromagnetic signals propagating near massive bodies and represents one of the most precise experimental tests of General Relativity.This work demonstrates that Tensor Field Dynamics (TFD) quantitatively reproduces the Shapiro effect without invoking spacetime curvature or introducing free fit parameters. Based on the Yukawa structure of the TFD tension field with canonical range L\*=959 AUL^\* = 959\,\mathrm{AU}L\*=959AU and linear optics, the signal travel-time delay is derived exclusively from TFD principles. The dynamic field strength is axiomatically determined from Earth’s orbital parameters, while the optical interaction is governed by a scalar scaling factor fff, which quantifies the ratio between field–matter and field–light coupling. Numerical integration along the light path yields a delay ofΔt(R⊙)=220.00 μs\Delta t(R_\odot) = 220.00\,\mu\mathrm{s}Δt(R⊙)=220.00μs for a solar-limb trajectory, in exact agreement with the Cassini 2003 measurement.The resulting coupling factor f=2.77×10−13f = 2.77 \times 10^{-13}f=2.77×10−13 is consistent with independent optical TFD missions. These results demonstrate that the Shapiro effect can be explained within a purely field-based framework. TFD reproduces the observation with the same numerical accuracy as General Relativity, but via a fundamentally different physical mechanism.
