Abstract Introduction Women’s orgasm during anal sex involves taboos, prejudices and there are few publications on the subject. Anal sex has several prerequisites to be painless, safe, pleasurable and orgasmic. We describe a new technique called “Combo” technique for Women’s Orgasm in Anal Sex. Materials and Methods The technique was recommended to 24 heterosexual couples who wish to have orgasm during anal sex. The couples already perform anal sex, although without orgasm. Fears and insecurities were discussed. Healthy and safe conditions for the practice were recommended: 1) delicate hygiene of the external region; 2) external condom; 3) water-based lubricant; 4) negative tests for STIs; 5) digital massage of the external anal sphincter with a glove/condom to be removed immediately; 6) absence of anal and rectal pathology; 7) if an enema is performed (exclusive use of water), the maximum volume would be 300 ml, this item is optional; The rectum contains a pelvic nerve that can mediate a woman’s orgasm. The “Combo” technique involves combining, during anal and rectal penetration, touching the clitoris, which is innervated by the pudendal nerve. The couple is instructed to lie on their sides to facilitate relaxation of the anal region and touching the clitoris, preferably performed by the woman. Results Twenty-three women using this technique reached orgasm in less than 4 months, and one stopped the sessions, but had already achieved orgasm with the technique using a “anal plug” alone. Conclusions The “Combo technique for women’s orgasm during anal sex” proved to be effective in this sample of couples. Financing No conflict.
