Smallpox-specific T cells in vaccinated centenarians exhibit different phenotypic and metabolic traits of long-term memory comparedto SARS-CoV-2-specific memory T cell

This repository provides bead-normalized, preprocessed mass cytometry (CyTOF) data generated to characterize the single-cell metabolic regulome alongside phenotypic identity in CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ memory T cells induced by remote (vaccinia/smallpox) and recent (SARS-CoV-2) vaccinations across the human lifespan, including centenarians.
