C-bowman/inference-tools: 0.14.3 release

Refactored hdi_plot function from the inference.plotting module: hdi_plot now colors intervals based on regular matplotlib colors and alpha values, rather than using a color-map. Can now also plot the mean of the samples in addition to the intervals using the new plot_mean keyword argument.
