MEG v2.0 – Core Regime Formulation

This version extends the original Magnetism-Enhanced Gravity (MEG) framework by introducing a dedicated core-regime formulation applicable to strong-field environments near rotating black holes. The extension preserves the original MEG principles and weak-field results, while providing a covariant, curvature-activated enhancement mechanism within Kerr geometry. The scope of the original work remains unchanged; this version adds a new regime of applicability.
