Auto-launch functionality: To make the dashboard easier to launch, especially for non-technical users, we have created run_dashboard.bat for Windows and run.sh for Mac/Linux. These scripts automatically activate the virtual environment, install dependencies, and launch the app in the default system browser on any available port. Step-by-step instructions are included in the README.md file. No changes were made to the code, data, model assumptions, or results archived here. Minor updates to the README and documentation files were made.
