Turkmenistan's permanent Neutrality and economic development

This article examines Turkmenistan’s policy of permanent neutrality and its role as a foundation for peace, stability, and economic development. It explores the country’s achievements in strategic sectors such as energy, transport, agriculture, and digitalization, as well as its efforts to modernize and manage industrial production. Special attention is given to production management strategies, including technological upgrades, workforce development, lean manufacturing principles, and export-oriented initiatives. The study highlights how Turkmenistan’s balanced foreign policy and industrial modernization contribute to sustainable development and strengthen the nation’s role as a reliable partner in the global economy.
