Algorithmic Modeling and Forecasting of Innovative Development of Regional Systems in the Context of the Implementation of a Smart Economy

This article examines theoretical and practical approaches to developing algorithms for forecasting innovative development in the context of the emergence of a smart economy at the regional level. Particular attention is paid to modeling digital transformations of industries and their impact on the innovative potential of regional systems. Based on an analysis of the implementation of digital technologies and advanced management practices, algorithms for restructuring industries aimed at increasing the resilience and competitiveness of regional economies are proposed. The results of the study can be used by government agencies and research centers to improve innovative development strategies.
