Clinical cure of chronic hepatitis B is dependent on priming and perpetuation of robust CD4+ T cell responses

This repository contains CyTOF data generated for Jespersen & Avanesyan et al., Clinical cure of chronic hepatitis B is dependent on priming and perpetuation of robust CD4⁺ T cell responses (2026) (bioRxiv: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.09.29.677401v1.full). Peripheral blood samples were collected from patients with chronic hepatitis B before and after nucleos(t)ide analogue (NA) withdrawal. The file "cytof.tar.gz" contains FCS files corresponding to live CD45⁺ PBMCs isolated from individual patient samples and stained using a 41-marker CyTOF antibody panel targeting surface proteins. The file "HBeAg negative HBV CyTOF sample list.xlsx" provides sample-level metadata. Detailed experimental procedures and data generation methods are described in the associated manuscript.
