Agroecological Resilience Bayesian Network

This repository contains a Bayesian network model and the corresponding case study dataset used for its development and evaluation to assess agroecolgoical resilience. The repository includes: (i) the network structure and parameters in machine-readable format, suitable for loading into Netica; (ii) the case study data used for validation, suitable for loading into Netica. Together, these resources support the reproducibility of the analysis, sensitivity and scenario studies, and the reuse of the model and data for further research under CC BY-NC.
