While the world has a massive Encyclopedia (NCBI) of viral codes, it lacks an automated way to tell which keys are dangerous. The B.O.L.T. Scanner solves this by using Python as a high-speed sensor to scan thousands of genetic sequences in seconds. It specifically hunts for the Secret Shape in germ threats. Once a threat is detected, the system utilizes PyMOL to generate a 3D structural map of the key hitting the lock. By identifying these furious germs before they ever reach a human, the B.O.L.T. Scanner acts as a digital deadbolt, allowing public health officials to lock the door and protect the global Population by striking where the lock and key meet. This is to lay foundational work for shields agaisnt these bio-hazards that target mammal neural communication receptors. Specifically the rabies virus for this case.
