Temperature and phosphorus gradients shape the trophic structure and basal resource use of soil microarthropods as indicated by bulk and amino acid stable isotope analyses

Bulk isotope and essential amino acid data for soil animal communities (Oribatida and Collembola) sampled from 12 forest sites with three temperature gradients and four phosphorus gradients. Descriptions indicate the files needed to reproduce specific figures and results. All statistical analyses have been conducted in R version 4.4.3 (R Core Team 2024).
