Abstract

This is the first report of AHRU following cardiac surgery. Prompt bedside endoscopic intervention, intensive management of hemorrhagic shock, and early postoperative rehabilitation are essential for favorable outcomes. Development of a preventive care bundle for high-risk postoperative patients is recommended.
