Process optimization of ultrasound-assisted deep eutectic solvent extraction of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata apolysaccharide and its antioxidant and anti-aging activities

The composite score obtained by analytic hierarchy process-criteria importance through intercriteria correlation ( AHP-CRITIC ) composite weighting method was used in single factor experiment and response surface experiment, and Graphpad Prism 9.5 was used for plotting. Life span experiment, heat stress, anti-oxidative stress statistics and life curve were processed and analyzed by Graphpad Prism 9.5. The relative fluorescence intensity of lipofuscin and reactive oxygen species was calculated using Graphpad Prism 9.5 for data analysis and mapping.
