Amplifying Innovation Through Modelling Integrated Change Management, Knowledge Translation, and Co-Designed Requirements

This paper explains the development of a change management model that has delivered strong and sustainable active use of technologies in Canadian health organizations and systems. We built on previous work focused on how change management supports value production for technology users to expand how we intersect clinician feedback with vendor product development lifecycles to improve the adoption of innovation, and suggest that process alleviates economic challenges to innovation and interoperability.
