Data and scripts for: Climate‐change-driven shifts in the population dynamics of the invasive tiger mosquito (Aedes albopictus) in the Alps

This repository contains the processed datasets and R scripts used to process ovitrap observations, integrate E-OBS climate data, fit the machine-learning model, and generate current and future projections of Aedes albopictus egg abundance in the Alps. The archive includes scripts for data alignment, spatial aggregation, model training and validation, climate scenario processing, and figure reproduction. Raw entomological data are not included due to data-sharing agreements; processed datasets necessary to reproduce the analyses are provided.
