Reducing the measurement error of distance and angle of view at different intensity heat sources

Since a new type of coronary pneumonia (2019-nCoV) has been developed in the world, the existence of the measured distance and Angle will lead to very serious measurement errors of the infrared thermal imager, which attract attention of many thermograph users and researchers. In order to effectively enhance the temperature measurement accuracy of infrared thermal imagers under different heat source intensities in practical application scenarios, a theoretical model is established to compensate temperature measurement error caused by distance and improve the accuracy of temperature measurement. Moreover, the influence of view of angle on infrared temperature measurement is also systematically studied. The experiment with different intensity sources measured at different distance and view angle are proposed to verify the feasibility of theoretical model, the directed measured temperature and correctional temperature after using the mathematical model are compared. The measurement results show that the application of the model will effectively improve the temperature measurement accuracy of the thermal imager, which confirms the feasibility of the experimental method in this study.
