Homo Digitalis Project Managemnet Plan

This Project Management Plan outline the scope, goals, budget, timeline, deliverables and milestones of the Homo Digitalis project and sets out the processes, procedures, roles and obligations, in which the HOMO DOGITALIS project partner HEIs shall collaborate. The processes and procedures described herein aim at ensuring that an effective and transparent method is in place for the efficient delivery of the Project. This document complements existing project documentation including the Grant Agreement and the Consortium Agreement, which should be used in conjunction with them.
