Randomised, phase 1 evaluation of the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of iptacopan in healthy volunteers

These results characterise the pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics of iptacopan in healthy volunteers; the data helped build semi-mechanistic population pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic models, which guided the accelerated clinical development of iptacopan.
