Structural Scaling in Exoplanetary Systems: An Empirical Method for Targeted Discovery

Analysis of 500+ confirmed exoplanetary systems reveals that planetary orbital positions correlate strongly with host star structural properties. Two distinct clustering points emerge when positions are normalized by stellar radius and density. This paper presents an empirical equation that predicts planetary locations with >90% accuracy on known systems. The method identifies specific orbital distances in systems with observational gaps, providing high-priority targets for directed exoplanet searches. No theoretical framework is assumed; the equations derive entirely from observed positional data.
