ENVRI-Hub NEXT_D7.1_Report on Metadata Catalogue Development

Deliverable 7.1 describes the rationale and the architecture of the Catalogue of Services and its implementation up to the first half of the project. Three main parts are described: metadata schema and ingestion, front-end ad hoc improvements, back-end structure and APIs available. The Catalogue of Services is at the same time a tool for the final user, scientist or decision maker, a showcase for other hub components and a resource repository for machine-to-machine harvesting and enquiries. Planned work and future developments are highlighted among the conclusions.
