AI-Driven Personalized Yoga Instruction Enhancing UserExperience through Adaptive Feedback Systems

The proposed research proposes an AI-Driven Personalized Yoga Instruction system, which could improve the user experience based on a Hybrid Deep Learning system that uses Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Sensor Fusion. The system uses Microsoft Azure Machine Learning to deliver real time and adaptive feedback based on the physical conditions and progress of individual users. The system provides individualized yoga training through the combination of deep learning in correct pose detection and reinforcement learning in constant feedback correction. The use of sensor fusion, using data provided by wearables and the motion sensor, enhances the precision and timeliness of the feedback and makes the users get instant corrections in the process of practicing yoga. The strategy will not only improve the accuracy of the pose, but increase the levels of user engagement and satisfaction. The research illustrates the power of integrating the latest AI methods and cloud computing to provide scalable, adaptable and secure solutions to custom made fitness and wellness apps.
