OV appears effective for colitis control in PSC-IBD. Differences in observed liver outcomes across studies likely reflect variation in treatment duration, dose, and endpoint selection. Liver responses may depend on higher doses. Cross-specialty guidance and pragmatic, integrated trials are needed.
