Abstract

Analysis of biotechnological methods for surgical treatment of patients with extensive deep burns showed the effectiveness of combined (aerosol+injection) transplantation and skin grafting with split-thickness skin graft. This approach reduced skin recovery time and incidence of postoperative complications.
