Rhizoid initial cell size measurements This script can be used to automatically detect rhizoid initial cells in gemmae of Marchantia polymorpha, stained with a Propidium Iodide (PI) stain, through segmentation. Capture PI fluorescence and fluorescence emitted by chlorophyl for the best results. Manual curation is required to verify appropriate selection of rhizoid initial cells.
