Comprehensive delineation of the AIWCS and adjacent structures refines the anatomical model of the CS and enhances spatial understanding of this complex region. These findings may facilitate safer and more targeted endoscopic endonasal approaches while minimizing iatrogenic risk during cavernous sinus surgery.
