IV and Oral Poxol PK In 4T1 Tumor Bearing Mice

Pharmacokinetic data collected from Balb/c mice bearing 4T1 tumors. Mice were administered 75 mg/kg novel paclitaxel formulations by intravenous bolus or oral gavage. Paclitaxel concentrations were measured using 3H radiolabeled paclitaxel.
