Abstract

Targeted education, combined with organisational support, can strengthen leadership capacity and improve care quality and patient outcomes. Policies that invest in structured evidence-based practice education for nurse leaders, alongside organisational infrastructure and protected time, may enhance sustainable evidence-based care delivery.
