Abstract

Inthisarticle,theproblemsofinteractionofnon-stationarywaveswithdeformablebodiesareinvestigated.Undertheinfluenceofsuchwaves,whichareofpracticalimportanceinthefieldsofconstructionandmechanicalengineering,itisimportanttodeterminethestress-strainstateofstructuralelements.Theworkanalyzestheunsteadydynamicmotionofsphericalbodieslocatedinaviscoelasticmedium.BasedonCauchy'sfinitesummethod,relationshipsexpressingdisplacementsandstressesovertimewerederived.Underconditionsofshort-termwaveloading,themaximumvaluesofstressesanddeformationsweredetermined
