Comparative effectiveness of odronextamab monotherapy <i>versus</i> real-world systemic therapies in R/R follicular lymphoma

To contextualize results from the single-arm ELM-2 study of odronextamab (CD20 × CD3 bispecific antibody) in relapsed/refractory (R/R) follicular lymphoma (FL) (<i>N</i> = 128), a <i>post-hoc</i> comparison was conducted <i>versus</i> third-line or later systemic therapies used in the real world (3L + RWST) in FLORA, a multinational, noninterventional study (<i>N</i> = 83; 100 lines of therapy). After weighting, objective response rate (80.5 <i>vs.</i> 52.7%; odds ratio [OR], 3.75 [95% CI, 1.98-7.11]), complete response rate (73.4 <i>vs.</i> 33.6%; OR, 5.39 [95% CI, 2.76-10.53]), median (months) progression-free survival (20.7 <i>vs.</i> 11.5; hazard ratio [HR], 0.76 [95% CI, 0.46-1.24]), event-free survival (19.5 <i>vs.</i> 7.6; HR, 0.52 [95% CI, 0.36-0.77]), overall survival (not reached <i>vs.</i> 26.2; HR, 0.60 [95% CI, 0.37-0.97]), and time to next treatment or death (40.4 <i>vs.</i> 9.7; HR, 0.49 [95% CI, 0.33-0.72]) favored odronextamab <i>versus</i> 3L + RWST. Despite FLORA's limited sample size, these data further support odronextamab monotherapy for 3L + R/R FL.
