Abstract

The described compounds are bioavailable in humans and modulate the clinically relevant pathways linked to carcinogenesis. Larger, standardized interventions are needed to determine effective intake levels, optimize bioavailability, and define their potential role in evidence-based nutritional strategies for cancer prevention.
