Concordance Analysis of Penteract Zero-Parameter Predictions — Honest Statistical Assessment

Rigorous concordance analysis of the Penteract framework predictions from DNA::}{::lang v51.843. Key findings: The naive 5.2sigma claim is incorrect — only 4 of 6 predictions are independent 4 independent predictions from 4 effective parameters = 0 degrees of freedom chi-squared = 1.56 with 4 DoF at 18th percentile (good consistency, not extraordinary) What IS genuinely significant: the n=18 GHZ witness crossing (out-of-sample, correct where standard model predicted n~12), sensitivity fragility (chi_PC constrained to 2%), and the geometric identity sin(theta_lock) ~ pi/4 Framework: DNA::}{::lang v51.843 | CAGE: 9HUP5 801 tests passing.
