Supplementary technical documentation – Servo-based laboratory adaptations for accessible chemistry education

This repository contains the technical documentation, source code, and representative 3D-printable design files corresponding to the proportional servo-based laboratory accessibility modules described in the associated manuscript: “Adaptation of laboratory equipment for use by students with disabilities” Included materials: • Electrical control architecture for proportional servo actuation (Arduino Uno + SG90 servo + 10 kΩ potentiometer)• Arduino control code implementing proportional control with dead-zone filtering• Adapted potentiometer interface for assisted actuation• Servo-actuated modular PTFE stopcock system• Servo-actuated rack-and-pinion micro-syringe plunger module All mechanical components were fabricated using PETG filament (0.2 mm layer height, 30% infill). Minor dimensional adjustments may be required depending on printer calibration and hardware tolerances. High-resolution versions of all supplementary figures are also included.
