Sensitivity Analysis of the Penteract Constants Framework: Evidence Against Numerology

Rigorous perturbation analysis of 7 framework constants across 6 testable predictions. Key findings: (1) Only 3 of 7 constants are effective (Fisher information ranking), reducing framework from 7-parameter to 3-parameter. (2) χ_PC is most fragile — 5% change causes fatal 6σ deviation. (3) Geometric hypothesis χ_PC = θ_lock/θ_tet improves ALL predictions by 12.9%. (4) Hidden relationships discovered: sin(θ_lock) ≈ π/4 and χ_PC/γ ≈ π.
