Abstract

Benzylidene-isophthaloylhydrazides - particularly compound <b>1h</b> - are promising antineoplastic agents with noteworthy tumor selectivity and low neurotoxicity accompanied by favorable ADME properties. Their robust activity, favorable ADME properties, and clear structural trends support further optimization and preclinical development.
