Dataset for image processing of powder particle distribution as a function of mechanochemical synthesis time

This data is additional material to the article "Optimisation of the time mechanochemical synthesis of thermoelectric material Mg3Sb2-Mg3Bi2" in RSC Mechanocemistry. This file presents only a partial work, due to the limited number of uploadable files. The first part of the work consists of creating a dataset of initial SEM images in BSE mode for subsequent processing for powders after 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 hours of mechanochemical synthesis (9 photos each). The second part consists of segmented images of powders after 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 hours of mechanochemical synthesis (9 powders each) using image processing. The third part consists of constructed histograms of the particle size distributions of powders after 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 hours of mechanochemical synthesis.
