Diffraction and resonant scattering data of Pr(x)Y(1-x)Ba2Cu3O(6+y) thin films

The dataset for high-energy X-ray Diffraction contains reconstructed 3D volumes of reciprocal space acquired in the (H,K,L) ranges [-5,5], [-5,5], [-15,15], with 1024 x 1024 x 1024. "PBCO" stands for PrBa2Cu3O7 sample. R_CALAS28 for "Pr(0.3)Y(0.7)Ba2Cu3O7. Data are saved as h5 files. The dataset for Resonant X-ray Scattering is uploaded as a .spec file, which can be opened with text editors or PyMCA. All the data plotted in the Figures in the main text and Supplementary Material are available as explained in the "readme_data_figures.txt" file. All of them are saved as ASCII files that can be opened with any text editor.
