deduplicate.it: Automated deduplication of literature searches

deduplicate.it is a free, open-source tool for automated deduplication of literature search exports from multiple bibliographic databases (PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane databases, CINAHL, Scopus, Web of Science, and others). It uses a compound key of normalised DOI and normalised title to identify and remove duplicate records, producing fully auditable output files and a pre-filled PRISMA-style flowchart. Available as a web application (deduplicate.it) and a Python command-line script.
