These elements contribute to global reach and real-time consumer interaction, especially in the online travel booking market. The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) serves as a pivotal example, illustrating the transformative power of digital platforms. By 2025, India’s online travel market is forecasted to reach USD 13.6 billion, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 15.4% from 2020 to 2025. This study will explore how targeted advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram leads to higher engagement and customer satisfaction.
