20-H Rule of Power Ground Plane of Printed Circuit Board and Clustering of Electric Near-Field Distribution

In this study, we classified the electric near-field distributions of the power supply ground plane of the printed circuit board using AI clustering and verified the classification results for problematic feature patterns. We improved the learning method and confirmed that the training and testing results using AI-based machine learning were satisfactory. In addition, as a novel method, we confirmed that machine learning could classify problematic electric field distribution patterns with high accuracy by augmenting the dataset of electric field distributions around problematic frequencies and converting the data into grayscale.
