A Scale-Consistent Interpretation Framework for the Hubble Tension Propagation-Scaling and Constraint-Density Perspective

This project presents a conceptual framework proposing a scale-consistent reinterpretation of the Hubble tension. Rather than modifying General Relativity or introducing new cosmological components, the approach explores whether part of the discrepancy between early- and late-universe Hubble constant measurements may arise from regime-sensitive propagation inference across vastly different physical environments.The framework introduces a smooth scale-dependent correction factor applied to geometric expansion inference. The proposal remains fully compatible with standard cosmological equations and is presented as a conceptual model inviting further investigation.This is a theoretical and exploratory contribution intended to stimulate discussion and simulation-based testing. This work is developed within the broader SK Physics / EMOS Framework initiative, which explores scale-consistent modeling across physical and dynamical regimes. The present paper focuses exclusively on cosmological inference interpretation and does not propose modifications to General Relativity or ΛCDM.
