This technical disclosure identifies a terminal divergence between Maxwellian Electrodynamics and solid-state thermodynamic limits in the sub-14nm regime. We present the Kenyon-Quantum-Potential (KQP) framework, which utilizes a 10-femtosecond adiabatic switching window to bypass the 15-femtosecond lattice phonon activation threshold. Forensic numerical verification confirms a stable 1.0 THz switching regime with near-zero heat flux ($\Delta T < 0.01$K). By operating within the temporal gap before lattice registration, the KQP framework achieves ballistic information transport without entropic work functions.
