m3DinAI profiling demo dataset (BT549 72H R1; DMSO/MMS/Taxane)

m3DinAI demo dataset for reviewer evaluation and reproducibility. This dataset contains a curated subset of 3D spheroid imaging data from the m3DinAI study, restricted to the 72H timepoint and replicate R1, including the control conditions DMSO and MMS and one treatment group (Taxane). The folder structure is intended to be used with the accompanying m3DinAI GitHub repository demo scripts to reproduce the UMAP embedding and clustering output. Expected folder structure after unzipping:72H/R1/<EXPERIMENT>/Images/*.tiff This dataset is provided for methodological demonstration purposes (pipeline execution and output reproduction) and is not intended to represent the full experimental dataset used in the study.
