The repository contains the analysis data and code used in the paper “Forward-looking disclosure of customer metrics in IPO prospectuses: stock market reactions and long-term profitability.” The main dataset contains information for all 2547 IPO's used in the analysis. For proprietary data sources, only the first 10 rows of the corresponding data are included for illustrative purposes.
