Abstract

Additional material for 'Aerosols and hydrocarbons in the atmosphere of a white dwarf planet' by MacDonald et al., (2026). This repository contains four data products: White Dwarf Spectra — JWST observed host spectrum of WD 1856 and the best-fitting model. Transmission spectra — Planetary transmission spectra of WD 1856b from two data reduction codes (FIREFLy and Juniper) observed by JWST's NIRSpec PRISM. Retrieval Outputs — Statistical samples from the POSEIDON atmospheric retrieval code for the FIREFLy and Juniper transmission spectra.
