The Criminal Liability of Legal Entities in the Laws of the Netherlands

The presented article examines the evolution of Dutch criminal legislation, pays special attention to the establishment of liability of legal entities, highlights its features and characteristic traits, provides doctrinal points of view on the existing problem, and concludes on the demand for the institution of criminal liability of legal entities.
