Lyell's syndrome in a patient with gender dysphoria

A clinical case of successful treatment of a patient with Lyell's syndrome (toxic epidermal necrolysis) on the background of long-term use and abrupt cancellation of hormonal preparations from the group of androgens is presented. Causal relationships and mechanisms of Lyell's syndrome development in a patient with gender dysphoria are investigated.
