Abstract

Folded electro-optic modulators in Thin-film lithium-niobate (TFLN) offer CMOS-level drive voltages but are challenging to simulate due to complex geometries and multi-physics interactions. PhotonForge provides an end-to-end simulation platform, from component-level optical and RF simulations to high-speed (200Gbps) signal integrity analysis, for foundry-compliant modulator designs. ©2025 The Author(s).
