Abstract

A cellular spatial transcriptomic atlas of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is presented with data from 527 patient cores profiled at the cellular level with the Bruker CosMx whole transcriptome imaging assay. The atlas contains spatially-resolved measurements from approximately 750,000 cells and is presented in the form of a R/Bioconductor SpatialExperiment object. Cellular and nuclear counts are provided in the object.
